An Affaire to Remember is a personal firm truly recognizing you as an individual with ideas, wishes and wants not easily bound into a preprogrammed package. Hence we have a wide variety of SAMPLE MENUS and various face-to-face meetings to establish your own personal food choices.

An Affaire to Remember is a thoughtful firm in that we realize anything can happen at an event no matter how well planned, and as a consequence we do not double book – we do only one event per day and thus can focus our full energy on that event. And last, but certainly not least, we are a unique firm both in creativity of food and execution of design for our elaborate tablescapes.
